my new home

the story begins

I've hoped for a dog for a quite time now, but I've never thought it would be realistic to have one. I have school, my parents have work, time wouldn't be on our side. That's what I thought.

One time we were going to the animalfairs with y mom and dad, and started talking about having a dog. A serious one, even though I didn't know that at the time. Some time went by, and we sarted discussing about having one in the house; which breed, how to take care of it.. Before I knew it, ew decided to have one, a swedish vallhund, which my mom was interested in. We decided Fennican, would be a great kennels to have it from. And so it was.

The current litter was already booked, so we had to wait for the next one. First obviously we had to wait for the next mating, and pregnancy, and the litter to be born. When the day came, the litter had two girls and four dogs. We discussed with the breeder, as the girls were really wanted. We decided to take a boy, what we got.

We picked him up when he was almost nine weeks, and he has been here for almost three weeks now. He is the most adorable little devil, and I've fallen for him every day he has been here. I hope we can start agility and obedience training soon with him, and maybe take him to competitions and maybe even shows. But for now, I'm just happy he likes it here, and I'm giving him everything I can.
